As the TPCA President for 2011-2012, I would like to take this opportunity to remind you of our upcoming Annual Conference in The Woodlands, April 4-6, 2012.  The convention hotel is The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center.

Our number of vendors grows every year, offering you the chance to see and hear about the latest innovations in law enforcement equipment.  You will have plenty of time to visit with them during the conference.  I encourage you to bring the person responsible for purchasing for your department to the conference.  Passes to the vendors’ exhibits are also available on Thursday for officers (exhibit hall pass does not include lunch).

Opening ceremonies for the conference are at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2012.

Below are the registration forms.  Please fill out the appropriate form online today. If you are unable complete the form online, you may print it and e-mail or fax it.  You may mail a check for the registration fee or we accept online payments via Paypal (Visa / MasterCard).  Also, make your room reservations as soon as possible by calling the hotel directly at (281) 367-9797 or toll free (800) 262-1509.  The reservation deadline is March 1, 2012, for TPCA’s special hotel rate of $124.00 per night (single, double, triple or quad).  When making your hotel reservations, you must identify yourself as a Texas Police Chiefs Association Attendee to secure this group rate.
