Come celebrate the 54th Annual Conference of the Texas Police Chiefs Association April 4-6, 2012. The convention hotel is at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center.
This past year’s exhibitors’ schedule worked well and we intend to follow a similar schedule in 2012. You will have all day Wednesday, April 4th, to set up your display, which should be completed by 5:00 p.m. The President’s Reception will be in the exhibit area on Wednesday evening from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.
Exhibits will open again at 9:00 a.m., Thursday with special times set aside for chiefs to visit. Additionally, chiefs will be able to bring their purchasing agents and officers to the exhibits. Breakdown of your booth should not begin until 5:00 p.m. Thursday, April 5.
For those of you who are not corporate members of TPCA, we urge you to join! Corporate members will receive special signage and recognition at the conference, a directory of our membership, and your link on our website. A membership application is online for your convenience.
Below are the Sponsor & Exhibitor’s Registration Forms. Please fill out the appropriate form with the appropriate fee to insure a spot in the exhibit hall. Full payment for booths and sponsorships can be made online by credit card or a check can be mailed to the office. Payment must be received by March 1, 2012, to secure confirmed exhibit space. The most up-to-date conference information, including the schedule of events, will be posted to our website at http://www.texaspolicechiefs.org as it becomes available.
You will have more opportunity this year for advertising with our Golf Tournament, Table Sponsors at the Prayer Breakfast, Competition Shooting Match and Ride To Remember. Please look in the sponsors section for more details!
Exhibitor Booth: Each regular 10x10 booth space will include one (1) table and two (2) chairs, carpet, waste basket, pipe and drape. You will also receive two (2) seats at the Thursday luncheon. If you choose to purchase a vehicle booth space (2 regular booth spaces), you will receive an additional (2) seats at the luncheon. Electrical provisions will be avaiable for purchase on the exhibitor registration form. Please let us know if you require any special accomodations. Wireless access is available at the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly for this service.

A block of rooms has been reserved for exhibitors at The Woodlands Waterway Hotel and Convention Center for the night of Wednesday, April 4th, at the rate of $124.00 (single, double, triple or quad) plus tax.
